YouTuber tragically shows his viewers just how deadly street racing can be
Street racing isn’t like it is in the movies. It has the potential to be seriously dangerous, even fatal for drivers and spectators. Tragically, one New York YouTuber proved the deadliness of street racing after crashing his BMW M240i in front of his fans.
YouTuber Andre Beadle killed after crashing his BMW while street racing and filming for fans
New York City thrill seeker and YouTuber Andre Beadle recently crashed his 2023 BMW M240i xDrive. Beadle, who went by “1Stockf30” on YouTube, lost control of the fiendishly fast sports coupe while street racing for his fans. Tragically, the wreck claimed the 25-year-old influencer’s life.
The New York Police Department (NYPD) told the New York Post that Beadle, driving the M240i, was traveling at a “high rate of speed” on the Nassau Expressway. Unfortunately, the young driver lost control of the sports coupe, swerving across the road. Consequently, the M240i slammed into a light post before coming to a rest.
Onlookers reportedly rushed to the scene of the street racing crash moments after Beadle hit the light post. Tragically, Beadle was thrown from the purple BMW. First responders rushed the daredevil to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center. New York police report that he was pronounced dead by the hospital staff.
Needless to say, the G42 BMW M240i xDrive is a bit of a handful without huge sticky drag racing tires. The B58-powered G42 2 Series produces the same 382 horsepower as the Toyota GR Supra. As a result, the M240i xDrive can rocket to 60 mph in just 3.6 seconds, faster than a previous-generation Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. Make no mention of Beadle’s modifications to the ballistic Bimmer.
While the tragedy is a sobering reminder of the dangers of illegal street racing, 1Stockf30’s fans showed their support on his channel. For instance, in one of his final videos, a commenter responded with “RIP 1stock. You did amazing things for the BMW community and the B58 platform.”
