Luxury concierge shows what a client left in his 6-figure Mercedes-Maybach rental car
“Timmy,” a Miami-based ultra-luxury rental car concierge, regularly shares videos of his high-end cars on social media. At just 20 years old, Timmy says he figured out how to leverage financed cars for a profit at a young age. For perspective, the 2024 Mercedes-Maybach S580 starts at about $200,000. While Timmy doesn’t specify the year in most of his reels featuring the car, it’s worth beaucoup-buckage regardless. To cover his payments, he rents the car out to clients who pay up to borrow the ride. This week, he shared what a client left in the car for him to clean out…and it’s an interesting batch of odds and ends. The TikTok has 9.5 million views already.
First, take a tour of his Mercedes-Maybach S580 sedan:
When drivers unlock the car with fob, the Maybach puts on a light show. A waterfall of calming lights trickles down the parking garage wall in front of the sedan. The door handles plus the “double-M” logo also illuminate. The side view mirrors turn on puddle lights featuring the logo as well. The interior has even more dazzling ambient lighting.
While the front might be seen as arguably “boring,” it’s the back seat that makes this Mercedes-Maybach extra special. The rear seats are adjustable and offer a variety of massage settings. There are leg rests, screens, a table, and a fridge for rear passengers. Occupants can also roll up blinds to cover the windows.
The back passengers also get a retractable center console housing the HVAC controls and cup holders. The cup holders have blue lights for cold bevvies and a red light to indicate you need your drink to be kept warm. In addition to the standard holders, the console features two wine (or champagne) glass holders that clip the bottom of the stems securely in place.
In a word, it’s Fancy.
Here’s what Timmy cleaned out of the rental car:
Timmy collects:
- Lotion
- Berry Vuitton sunglasses
- A protein cookie
- Hand sanitizer
- A bottle of water
- Two lighters
- A french fry
- A large shopping bag labeled “samples”
- An electric razor (in the fridge compartment)
- A juice bottle
- Empty cup
- Package of cookies
- A Nike ski mask (?)
Okay, let’s get to the comments!
Obviously, the two items catching the most attention were the sunnies and the ski mask. I’m here for the car, but will admit to sledding down a rabbit hole to find the Berry Vs. There isn’t much other than a questionable retail listing for $99 plus a random TikTok of someone unboxing a pair with commenters finding it hilarious that they landed there based on Timmy’s TikTok above.
Regarding the ski mask, I’ll remind y’all that this Mercedes-Maybach is in Miami. Add the electric razor in the back to the mix, and yeah, everyone’s wondering what the hell whoever rented the car did while it was in their possession. Someone suggested a music video. In the end, we’re left only with our own questions (and guesses). In any case, I still think it’s pretty rude to leave crap in a car that isn’t yours.
