Two years ago, Nathaniel Radimak, a Southern California Tesla owner, became infamous for his documented record of assaulting other drivers. He committed two assaults in California, the second resulted in his arrest and landed him in prison on several felony charges.

Dash cameras captured him getting out of a Tesla, threatening drivers, and hitting their cars with a weapon. It landed him in prison.

Authorities released Radimak from prison over 400 days before he was due to finish his sentence. Only a few months after he got out of prison for assaulting people, he assaulted someone again, and police arrested him in Hawaii this morning. Once again, he was driving a Tesla.

Cameras recorded him in high resolution, just like in the other two incidents.

A teen was his latest victim

Diane Ung, a 35-year-old Honolulu resident, was teaching her 18-year-old daughter how to parallel park downtown when Radimak was driving past them in a gray Tesla. Her infant granddaughter was asleep in the back seat.

The first thing Ung noticed was that he was travelling well over the speed limit, and nearly hit her daughter while she was trying to park. Her daughter reacted with shock and called him out.

“[He was driving] maybe 40, 50 down the street and almost clipped her,” Ung told ABC7. “And then her big mouth, you know, local people gonna yell out their window. She said, ‘Slow down.'”

Radimak was captured on security cameras making a U-turn to confront Ung and her teenage daughter. Ung recalled Radimak as incredibly angry, saying, “What the f*** did you say to me? Say it back to me.”

He stayed true to his reputation and began the assault

Ung said Radimak approached her daughter’s window and immediately became violent.

“Then he got closer to my daughter’s window, reached in and punched her in her face,” she recalled. Ung got out of the car to defend her teenage daughter, and Radimak struck her, too.

Security cameras captured the whole thing.

“I had my coffee in my hand, my iced coffee from McDonald’s, threw it at his car, and he came running across the street, struck me like a Superman punch right inside my face,” said Ung. “I fell down to the ground, big gash in my head.”

Police apprehended the enraged Tesla driver the next day

After the police were called, he was arrested the following day. Authorities charged him with two counts of assault and unlawful entry of a vehicle.

Gloria Allred, an attorney who represents most of his victims in Southern California, said his release was a mistake. And that prison time didn’t teach him anything valuable.

“This is someone who apparently remains dangerous, who has not learned his lesson,” she said.

Additionally, he could be extradited to California for violating parole.
