Nissan still makes some of the best cars and SUVs to buy. However, Nissan vehicles aren’t selling like they once did. Of course, this is the case for several reasons, including increased competition from other automakers. Still, Nissan has a slew of discontinued vehicles that could revive the brand and create some buzz. 

The Nissan Xterra is one of the automaker’s best vehicles

The Nisan Xterra was one of the best SUVs to buy for a while. As far as discontinued Nissan vehicles go, it is among the most highly requested. This is especially the case for those looking for something rugged. Of course, for this reason, the automaker could benefit from a new model making its way to the market, especially since the Pathfinder has lost some of its luster.

Nissan introduced the Xterra in 2000 to much fanfare. Sales were initially high, and many people considered it one of the best cars to buy. However, as is often the case, its popularity declined at some point, and Nissan pulled the plug in 2015 in favor of some of its other cars. There has been talk of Nissan bringing back the iconic SUV for years, which shows how much buyers want a new one.

Nissan is currently struggling, and this highly requested vehicle could be the cure. 

The Nissan Juke could be one of the best SUVs to buy

There have been several Nissan vehicles throughout the years, but few have the same level of personality as the Juke. There aren’t as many people asking for a new Juke as there are the Xterra, but this small SUV could bring eyes to Nissan. Not only was the Juke fairly affordable, but many touted it as being unique and having solid performance for its size. 

Nissan introduced the Juke to its lineup of vehicles in 2010. However, the automaker discontinued it in 2017 for the North American and Canadian markets, but other parts of the world still have the vehicle. 

A new Nissan Silvia could be solid for the market

The Nissan Silvia is perhaps one of the automaker’s most iconic vehicles. However, this nameplate is hardly discussed these days. Still, Nissan leadership has publicly stated that there is at least some interest in bringing back the iconic sports car. Of course, Nissan has sports cars like the Z. Still, this is an area the company has fallen short on in recent years. 

According to Nissan, the first Silvia hit the market in 1965; the last version was released in 2002.
