Gaming trolls leave Tesla CEO Elon Musk ‘rattled’ after roasting him during a livestream from his private jet
Tesla CEO Elon Musk is a divisive figure in the public sphere. As the head of DOGE, Musk has critics questioning the legality of his actions, claiming he’s an unelected official making sweeping and impactful decisions. And if you ever need an indication that some people are displeased with the Tesla boss, you need only watch part of his recent “Path of Exile 2” livestream and read the commentary. It’s scathing.
Gamers trolled Tesla’s CEO and self-described expert gamer Elon Musk as he livestreamed from his private jet
Elon Musk’s estranged daughter thinks her dad is “god awful” at video games. 20-year-old Vivian Jenna Wilson’s claims support die-hard gamers’ suspicions that Musk has paid expert players to boost his gaming accounts. So, when Musk took to “Path of Exile 2” for a livestream, trolls let him have it.
The Tesla CEO launched the livestream from his private jet, which one viewer jokingly called “Air Musk One” as a nod to Musk’s government involvement. Musk claimed that the X livestream was part of an “airborne continuity test” for his Starlink satellite internet system. But for the trolls, it was open season on Musk.
“You have no real friends and will die alone,” one troll messaged. Another cited his work with DOGE in their brutal response. “You ruined the country just like you ruined all your marriages,” they said. Ouch.
Other livestream trolls were decidedly less mature. “Elon, how is it possible to look this dumb and ugly? Why is your Tesla company falling apart?” they asked. Perhaps the worst roast was a person pretending to be Ashley St Clair, the influencer who claims to be one of Elon Musk’s “baby mamas.” The troll messaged, “Elon. It’s me, Ashley St Claire. I have no other means of contacting you, so I bought PoE2 early access just for this. Please pay your child support. Thank you, Elon.”
“He will blame his Starlink connection before he will acknowledge he stocks at video games,” a Redditor commented. Other viewers claimed Musk looked “rattled” by the constant berating, per The Mirror. They argued that the trolling was “getting under his skin” and that perhaps the divisive CEO wasn’t enjoying the negativity as some had suspected. Check out some of the livestream below!
