Grandmothers can be pretty stubborn and wild. However, this story about a Grandma in a stolen Ford F-150 is still surprising. Boston police officers had their hands full as they chased the woman for 40 minutes. She simply refused to stop.

Boston police bust Grandma in a stolen Ford F-150

Buckle up, because a Boston, Massachusetts Grandma led police officers on a wild chase. The 55-year-old woman stole a Ford F-150 and took off. She stole the truck right in front of the firefighter who owns it!

He was inside buying a bagel when he saw a woman jump in his truck. I’m here once again to remind you to never leave your keys in your car! Anyways, his cell phone was inside the truck, so he reported it stolen and police were able to track its location.

The F-150 was on Patriot Place on Route 1 in Foxboro. Once officers spotted the Ford truck, the Grandma took off through the city. Officers deployed stop sticks to flatten her tires, but she kept going.

According to Boston 25 News, she hit three police cruises, causing significant damage. Eventually, she got stuck at a dead end but refused to exit the vehicle. She locked the doors and refused to exit the vehicle until the windows were smashed.

The Grandma fought officers and firefighters to escape, but they were able to get her into an ambulance. She was taken to the hospital for precautionary reasons and faces multiple charges.

It’s unclear what triggered the rampage. However, she did have her grandchild with her during the incident. The child wasn’t injured and their identities are being withheld out of respect and privacy.
