17-year-old destroys McDonald’s manager’s SUV

Police officers in South Euclid, Ohio had their hands full upon responding to a McDonald’s around 5:48 PM. They went to check things out after receiving reports about a teenager busting up the manager’s SUV.

He allegedly smashed all the windows and lights. Officers didn’t find the suspect at the scene, but they did see the SUV with severe body damage.

Students shared that the SUV belonged to the manager. Before vandalizing the vehicle, the suspect entered the restaurant while holding a metal object. He threatened to fight the manager.

Police contacted the mother of the 17-year-old suspect. They explained what her son did. She shared that he probably did attack the vehicle out of revenge. The suspect was angry about something that the manager did to his sister earlier in the day.

According to Cleveland, cops haven’t been able to locate the boy. However, he was banned from the McDonald’s location and will be filed in juvenile court for criminal damages and threats.

The suspect also faced new trespassing charges because he returned to the scene of the crime but left before officers arrived.

It’s unclear what the manager may have done to his sister. While he was acting as a protective big brother, he should have legally helped her.
